Something to keep Spurs fans smiling



Goodness only knows why our Liverpool fixture was cancelled considering no snow had fallen in several days. Unconfirmed reports suggest the local aid services were overwhelmed by patients with fingers frozen to hubcaps but in truth we most likely fell foul of the World of Warcraft playing, sport hating virgins of the red tape brigade. One cannot help but picture a group of unfortunate looking men with clipboards and moustaches walking around outside Anfield mumbling with discontent as they section off puddles of snowmelt with fluorescent Biohazard tape. Whatever the reason, here we stand with a dearth of football fixtures and a transfer market about as dynamic as dinner with Avram Grant.

However here is a little treat for you all. Admittedly we are no longer in fourth spot following last nights "Tevez Show" and have been rocked by the injury to little Lennon but let us not forget last seasons plight. At the turn of 2009 we were still clawing our way up the table in a manner as tediously frustrating and deeply humiliating as Sol Campbell's dreams of Premiership football. This compilation is one of the best I have seen and captures the mood of last season perfectly. Love him or loathe him, you have to have respect for the way 'Arry has turned the club around. Lets hope with a few more 'triffic' results, this season can be one to remember. Enjoy!

    Not as good as the 'spagetti western' compilation of last season - the bell tolls over the end of Juande's last days, then Redknapp's spurs come out all guns blazing. Anyone know where you can view that one, it got removed from youtube?

    I rekon this season has not had as many real quality games as last season even tho we're higher in the Prem. Was at the arsenal game when Lennon scored after that fucking top drawer shot from Modric. Went absolutely fucking mental.

    What sort of vacant mouth-breather would leave a completely unwarranted comment like that first one. I would've just read the post and watched the video like any other person, but having received abuse from some brainless imbeciles on my own blog recently, I felt obliged to step in.

    To whoever wrote that comment: you should give up using Word Thesaurus to find bigger words, they only make you construct embarrassingly clumy sentences. If you think you can do better, or indeed are already a blogger, how about you post a link and show how much better you are.

    I for one found this post quite funny, and I don't even blog for Spurs. You're a prat and you're not impressing anyone.

    Good vid, can never see that Bentley goal enough times. Its slightly better quality if you watch it on Youtube though. Thank god the pool game has been set for Jan, didnt fancy it sandwiched in between the other Big 4 fixtures. COYS!!

    I agree, that first comment was mean-spirited and uncalled for. This blog entry actually cheered me up, as I was in a little bit of a sad mood after yesterday's performance by Man City. We Spurs fans do need to focus on the positive and see the depth of our talent for what it truly is. We can get back up in the top 4...there's still time
